Our Beginnings journey started about 2 years ago now. One of our brokers came up with the idea for education, primarily for our clients, but we then decided that it needed to get out there to anyone and everyone!

 

We started sharing it just recently to people outside our networks, and it has just gained momentum and has grown from there. Its now become an initiative, with our Referral Partners seeing the need for education as well.

 

We wanted to inform our First Home Buyers of the whole process, as we saw there was a hole in the industry for education. From the start, things like getting a deposit right up until being able to submit the loan and get an approval.

 

Beginnings is a movement, a cause and an initiative all in one! It’s a resource for our first home buyers to start. Somewhere for them to get handouts, leaflets, brochures, and participate in our Property Information Nights.

 

 

We now have a Facebook page, and closed Facebook forum called The Beginnings Bunch. This is a place where any and every question is asked, and ultimately answered by one of our experienced Mortgage Brokers.
